Shipping & Processing Guidelines

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and usually ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST and throughout the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipments from Hello Evy, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Hello Evy.
