Saffron

The world's most precious spice, rich in antioxidant carotenoids.

Saffron owes its golden colour to crocin and safranal, carotenoids valued for their antioxidant activity. A 2010 study examined saffron lotions for their moisturizing properties with promising results. We pair the extract with saffron meristem cells, drawn from the plant's young, actively growing tissue.

Snail Mucin

A cushioning humectant with a growing body of research.

Snail secretion filtrate naturally contains glycoproteins, allantoin and glycolic acid. In a 12-week randomized, double-blind study, a formula with snail secretion filtrate visibly improved the look of fine lines in sun-damaged skin.
