What is Hello Evy?
Hello Evy is an American skincare brand built around a five-step daily ritual: N° 01 Cleansing Milk, N° 02 Saffron Mist, N° 03 Renewal Essence, N° 04 Copper Concentrate and N° 05 Rich Cream. Each formula is made in the USA and designed to layer with the one before it, morning and evening.
Where are Hello Evy products made?
All Hello Evy formulas are made in the USA.
Are Hello Evy products vegan?
Not all of them. N° 03 Renewal Essence contains snail secretion filtrate (snail mucin) and N° 04 Copper Concentrate contains manuka honey extract, so those two are not vegan.
Are Hello Evy products cruelty-free and fragrance-free?
Yes, all five Hello Evy formulas are cruelty-free. N° 01 Cleansing Milk, N° 03 Renewal Essence and N° 05 Rich Cream are also free of parabens, fragrance and phthalates. Full ingredient lists for every formula are on each product page.
Using the ritual
What order should I apply Hello Evy products in?
Morning and evening: 1) N° 01 Cleansing Milk to cleanse, 2) N° 02 Saffron Mist to prepare, 3) N° 03 Renewal Essence to renew, 4) N° 04 Copper Concentrate to concentrate, and 5) N° 05 Rich Cream to seal. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.
Which Hello Evy set should I start with?
For a simple cleanse, hydrate and moisturize routine, start with The Essentials Ritual (Cleansing Milk, Saffron Mist and Rich Cream, 10% off). If your focus is the look of fine lines, firmness and radiance, choose The Renewal Ritual (Cleansing Milk, Renewal Essence and Copper Concentrate, 10% off). For everything, The Complete Ritual includes all five formulas at 15% off.
Do I need to use all five steps?
No. The five steps are designed to work together, but the Cleansing Milk, Saffron Mist and Rich Cream on their own make a complete routine. Add the essence and serum when you want more targeted care.
Which product has copper peptides?
N° 04 Copper Concentrate. It combines copper tripeptide-1 with five more peptides, hyaluronic acid, manuka honey, centella and ginseng.
Which product has snail mucin?
N° 03 Renewal Essence, a hydrating essence made with snail secretion filtrate, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, allantoin and betaine.
Can I use Hello Evy if I have sensitive skin?
Patch test any new product first. N° 02 Saffron Mist and N° 04 Copper Concentrate contain witch hazel and botanical extracts, and the Copper Concentrate contains honey extract, so take extra care if you are sensitive to plant extracts or bee products.
Orders, shipping and returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday or over the weekend are processed the next business day.
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
